The Ribbon LT is the tool for any job. Available from 140 to 170mm of travel, call it a long-travel trail, all-mountain, or enduro fork, because it’s ready to ride anything you are. Built on the 35mm bones of our legendary and award-winning Ribbon, the new LT model has been updated with several key advancements and upgrades.
Ribbon LT forks purchased directly from MRP are made-to-order and will be custom tuned to rider weight, giving you performance that’s perfectly tailored. Five stock tunes have been developed through feedback from our DRT riders and extensive dyno evaluation to give riders from 110 to 270 lbs. ideal high-speed damping profiles and specific low-speed damping adjustability that’s useable through the whole range.

Lift V2 Damper
Lift represents the culmination of several years of lab and field testing designed to deliver riders exactly what they want from their forks – confidence.
Featuring valving optimized to deliver a seamless crossover from the low to high-speed circuits, advanced flow-path optimization, and a coil-backed IFP, Lift provides damping that’s distinctly smooth, so you can push your limits comfortably.
FullFill 2 Air Spring
FullFill 2 has been updated with a new one-piece piston using our proprietary low-friction Chocolux material, a quad-ring seal for better sealing and lower drag, and a first-of-its-kind negative volume adjustment system. Our independent positive and negative spring arrangement and Ramp Control technology have long given riders powerful control of the initial and ending stroke, and now with the addition our negative volume adjustment, riders have complete control of the spring curve.
Automatic Casting Vent
Pressure relief valves are great for expelling pressure build up in your lower casting that comes from temperature and elevation changes, but they have one problem: you must remember you activate them. With our new ACV (Automatic Casting Vent) technology, that’s no longer the case. These vents are set from the factory to blow-off when pressure levels rise enough to influence your effective spring rate, keeping your ride consistent regardless of environmental factors.
easy to install . . I do not typically have an issue with rocks & derailleur impacts. I like the innovative approach MRP takes as well as very slight weight penalty for extra protection.
Better than new Fox Grip X2 dampers. Rebound is stand out better. No need for HSC knob.
Damper upgrade is worth 10 times more than air spring upgrade
I just installed the lift damper on my 2020 Fox 36 Performance. I was never impressed with the GRIP damper on the fox, decided to give MRP a whirl having used their products since the early 2000's (bones crankset was awesome). I also have an older Raze coil shock on my "buddy bike," and have been impressed how good it still feels after 11 years of not servicing it, ever (whoops)! This lift damper seems to be really good, maybe a little too supportive if I match the same PSI I was using on the Grip damper, dropped 10-15psi and it seems to be very nice. It's paired with an MRP Ramp Control Pro and Push Industries fork seals/maxima oil. Decided to erase any evidence of Fox making this a true franken-fork. My only concern so far is that the rebound feels non-existent and I have it set 1-2 clicks from closed to slow it down - otherwise it feels a like a pogo stick. The instructions also didn't make it clear whether I should use the crush washer on the damper side with my push fork seal kit. I didn't install it, but it felt wrong after decades of DIY suspension services. I am excited to take it to my favorite local trail and do hawt lapz with the toddler.
If you've ever had an xtr derailleur cage delaminate you know exactly what this is going to help. Easy install.
The Squatch color seems to accent my Yeti SB 160 radium frame, pretty good. My riding weight is 215 lbs. I settled on the 500# Enduro SL spring.
