XCg – the ultimate defense against the unexpected hazards of the trail, ensuring your chainring stays safe and your ride remains smooth and uninterrupted. Whether you're navigating rocky tech climbs or tackling tough descents, rest assured your drivetrain is safeguarded against damage.
Chainring Range: Choose from 30t (Micro), 32t, or 36t models.
Mounting Options: ISCG-05 only (lower 2-mounts).
BB-mount models can be stacked with 1x SL and SLR guides on bikes with partial ISCG-05 mounts like the Transition Spur, Yeti SB-120, Specialized Stumpjumper, Trek Top Fuel, and Fezzari Signal Peak.
SL (alloy) and SLR (carbon) versions. No SLR “Micro” model.
Weights: SL 88 g, Micro 44 g
Mounting to a 2022 revel rail. Great bike for rowdy rides that lacked a ISCG mounts. Enter the BB-mounted 32t, MRP bash guard. Arguably the best solution I've found so far.
Build quality, appearance, and customer service are 5 stars. The metal bracket and composite impact plate are very well made. The it replaced the 2.5mm spacer I needed on the drive side.
Fitment is 4 stars only because it took some persuasion to fit with my bottom bracket cups that has an oversized outer-diameter cup. The important parts all cleared as they should.
Very light and nicely made. The install was a breeze. I used to run MRP AMG V2 in carbon but never felt that I needed the chain guard. The new Xcg protects my frame from strikes and log crossings.
Previously ran a lyrik coil on my Trek rail and wanted something with good sensitivity but better control of bottoming resistance. This fork is frankly awesome for anyone looking for a little more travel a little more comfort and while keeping your stack height in spec.
Perfect fit on shock spacer, exactly what I needed
First, I have both Right and Left flywheel. I know it's an overkill but it allows for better experience when improving my bike handling skill at times when I can't ride outside. When you stop pedaling, front and back wheels keeps spinning to provide the inertia to help you with balance. They are somewhat heavy but if you train a lot indoors, this is a good investment.
