Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Order fulfillment times vary, but are generally noted on individual product pages. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Insurance
Shipments will be insured for their retail value and for orders over $500, signatures will be required for delivery by default. If this is an issue, please contact support@mrpbike.com before or immediately after your order is placed.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available from the MRP office in Grand Junction, CO. We are open 9am-5pm Monday through Friday. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MRP is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Free Shipping
MRP offers free shipping on orders over $99 to the contiguous US and on orders over $399 to Canada. Free shipping is offered on orders over $699 to the following destinations:
