Factory Service
Suspension maintenance, upgrade, and repair services are available from MRP! We've been designing, producing, and servicing suspension from our Grand Junction, Colorado headquarters and factory since 2001.
How To Schedule A Factory Service:
1. Request an RA: Fill out the service request form at this bottom of this page to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Ship Your Suspension: Our Customer Service team will email your RA number along with detailed shipping instructions.
3. Tracking & Updates: We will notify you once your suspension arrives at our facility, when service is complete, and when it ships back to you.
We also have a global network of suspension service centers who have the specialty tools and parts needed to service MRP and White Brothers products. A listing of those centers can be found here.
Factory LIFT damper Service
Our full factory damper servicing is comprehensive and restores your Lift Damper (V1 or V2) to like-new performance. It is recommended to have this service done within 200 hours of use, max. For most riders, this equates to an annual service.
Factory Lift Damper Service includes:
- New seals, wear bands, and other wear parts
- Complete fluid replacement
- Dyno verification of performance and function
Factory Fork Service
Our full factory fork servicing is comprehensive and restores your fork to like-new performance. It is recommended to have this service done within 200 hours of use, max. For most riders, this equates to an annual service. Failure to stay regular with this service comes with the risk of damaging expensive components of the fork. We currently service and support all forks from 2017 forward. We may have parts availability for forks older than 2017, please feel free to reach out to us.
Factory Fork Service includes:
- Complete fork teardown and inspection of chassis, spring, and damper components.
- New dust wipers, foam rings, spring and damper system seals, wear bands, and other wear parts as needed.
- Complete fluid and grease replacement (bath oil, damper oil, etc.)
- Knob and adjustment check.
- Dyno verification of performance and function.
Ribbon Coil and Ribbon LT Coil - $189.95
Loop SL, Loop TR, and Baxter - $189.95
Stage - $189.95
NEW Add a new ShredKOTE finished lower with new decals (your choice of color/design) for $250 on top of standard Factory service prices below. Available only for Ribbon Air, Ribbon Coil, Raven, and Bartlett models. Choose from 15 color options. Not offered without Factory Service. Please note, this option extends turnaround time by 2-4 weeks.
Additional Fork Services (available for forks sent in for factory service)
An advantage of our handcrafted production process is that we're able to repair and upgrade forks in ways other manufacturers can't. For instance, something like a damaged stanchion resulting from even an innocuous crash can easily cost several hundred dollars from some of our competitors, and requires complete replacement of the forks uppers. We're able to replace single stanchions (in most cases) and offer other helpful services like steerer tube replacements without exorbitant cost. Below are some of the common repairs and services we provide (prices include parts and labor):
Steerer Tube Replacement - $89.95
Single Stanchion Replacement - $139.95
CSU Replacement, standard offset (27.5+/29" : 46 or 51mm, 27.5" : 44 or 49mm) - $259.95

Factory Shock Service
Our full factory shock servicing is comprehensive and restores your damper to like-new performance. It is recommended to have this service done within 200 hours of use, max. For most riders, this equates to an annual service. Failure to stay regular with this service comes with the risk of damaging expensive components of the shock.
Factory Shock Service includes:
- Complete shock teardown and inspection of chassis and damper components.
- New dust wiper, damper system seals, wear bands, eyelet bushings, and other wear parts as needed.
- Complete fluid replacement.
- Knob and adjustment check.
- Dyno verification of performance and function.
Shaft Replacement - $244.95 (includes factory service)
Main Body Replacement - $199.95 (includes factory service)
Shock Eye-to-eye and/or Stroke Change - $299.95 (includes factory service)
