Warranty Information and Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Policies


WARRANTY INFORMATION

We want you to love your new MRP product. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Period. Please reach out to us if, for any reason, your MRP product is failing to live up to expectations.

HOW TO INITIATE A WARRANTY CLAIM

To inquire about a product warranty, contact us or fill out the return authorization form at the bottom of this page.

RETURN POLICY

MRP products purchased directly from MRP can be returned for a refund in new, unused condition within 60 days of purchase, less original shipping costs. For MRP products purchased elsewhere, contact the original retailer.

Additionally, MRP suspension forks, shocks, and Lift dampers are covered under our "30-Day Love It" guarantee and can be returned for a refund for any reason within 30-days of receipt, less original shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee.

FOR EU RESIDENTS

If you are a customer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, as required by applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the 14-day withdrawal period with your order details and a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within the timeframe required by applicable law. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

 

 

Please note that certain products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, including personalized or customized products (most forks, dampers, and ShredKOTE springs, as examples).

LIMITATIONS

Items that show signs of installation, but not use, or shipping damage due to insufficient packing are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Examples of products subject to this fee include (but are not limited to): chainguides, shocks, and shock springs that have been installed.

Used items, custom MRP suspension forks, and ShredKOTE springs cannot be returned.

EXCHANGE POLICY

MRP products purchased directly from MRP can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase. For MRP products purchased elsewhere, contact the original retailer.

Items eligible for exchange must be returned in new, unused condition.

LIMITATIONS

Requested exhange items that show signs of installation, but not use, will be reduced in value by 10% of the original purchase price.

Used items, custom MRP suspension forks, and ShredKOTE springs cannot be exchanged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund. Orders canceled after shipping are subject to our return policies above.

LIMITATIONS

Custom MRP suspension forks cannot be canceled.
