FOREFRONT
The “Forefront” feature allows for 4-way, front-accessible setup and adjustment. This broad adjustability makes installation less “trial-and-error” and more “set-and-forget.”
Nice and light, small, doesn’t get in the way of anything. Used the thicker spacers for my Transition Patrol. Been using MRP guides since the ‘90’s, love em!
If you aggressively ride an IBIS Ripley V4, then I can't recommend this chainguide enough. Wow, the fit, the function, the size, the clever adjustment points. I would buy this again and recommend to all my friends. There is not very much room with the DW Links on this version of the Ripley and this guide is a perfect all mountain "keep the chain on" but not *overkill* guide. This guide bolts directly to the IBIS "bottom bracket spacer tab thinga-ma-jig" that is meant to mount guides to. Perfectly. I used the bigger spacer washers on my application and the chain is perfectly centered across the cassette range and does not rub anywhere. LOVE LOVE LOVE. Stop reading. Buy it. I'm serious. I have owned a ton of guides (I tried to get all of the old ones to fit this bike to no avail!) and this one is KING. Order now.
Great forks!! light feel on the chatter, don't know why I waited so long to put em on my gravel bike
Haven't installed the pregressive spring yet but Jason as been really helpful in my order. Out of town now but will install upon returning home. Thanks Jason
At 135lbs I’ve always struggled to use full fork travel without running compression fully open, which caused a lot of dive. The MRP Noken fixed that immediately. Now I get full travel while still running proper damper settings with great small bump sensitivity, solid mid-stroke support, and smooth progression to bottom out. Huge performance improvement for the price, and maintenance free is a big bonus.
Love it! Allows me to run slightly higher air pressure to support mid stroke while still getting very close to full travel on big hits. Great idea and great execution.
Got a new Propain Tyee al and wanted a coil. Decided to try the MRP Hazard and I’m digging it. I ride parks and trails. After install and setting it up I had a few questions. Jason got back to me from support promptly. Now it’s dialed it does everything great. The reason I decided to give the Hazard a try. Met the guys at Sea Otter they had great attitudes talking with them about their products. Definitely stoked on the shock.
