The Kat 1 Training Station includes:
I had rollers for many years (30) they worked well but they are getting loud and no resistance. After doing some research I I chose the Kreitler training station, and I went to a smaller roller size. (4" to 3" What a difference, without adding the resistance magnets or the flywheel the resistance has increase and gave me the extra work I need for winter training.
Previously ran a lyrik coil on my Trek rail and wanted something with good sensitivity but better control of bottoming resistance. This fork is frankly awesome for anyone looking for a little more travel a little more comfort and while keeping your stack height in spec.
Perfect fit on shock spacer, exactly what I needed
First, I have both Right and Left flywheel. I know it's an overkill but it allows for better experience when improving my bike handling skill at times when I can't ride outside. When you stop pedaling, front and back wheels keeps spinning to provide the inertia to help you with balance. They are somewhat heavy but if you train a lot indoors, this is a good investment.
