Raise your confidence and your fork’s performance with a Lift Damper upgrade. Lift Damper cartridges are easy to install and provide an immediate performance upgrade. There are five tunes offered for the Lift, matching rider weights from 110-270 lbs. Weight-specific shim-stacks provide riders with perfectly matched damping and full usability of the external rebound and compression adjustment ranges. Valving has been optimized to deliver a seamless crossover from the low to high-speed circuits and provide a predictable and responsive terrain-hugging ride. Flow-path optimization and advanced needle shaping have minimized fluid turbulence, yielding quiet operation and superior sensitivity. Through a careful reduction in dynamic seals and by utilizing the latest bushing material from industry-leader IGUS, stiction has been virtually eliminated. ISOLATED CONTROL

Lift's seamless crossover from low to high-speed damping means the external low-speed compression adjustment can be set anywhere in range and have little to no effect on high-speed damping.

SUPPLE AND SUPPORTED

Compared to competitors' dampers, Lift displays remarkably low baseline damping at low-speeds and increases damping with greater speed-sensitivity.

INSTALLATION

Best Damper Hands Down! MRP LIFT for the WIN.

I am VERY impressed with this upgrade kit! I have been riding MX and MTB for 15 years and I am a self proclaimed suspension snob. I currently own or have owned most every high level fork on the market. I purchased this LIFT damper upgrade for a low end ZEB R fork hoping it would be a nice upgrade and the performance has blown my mind. Its supportive yet plush and has very good damping properties similar to tuned motocross A kit suspension, this is something I have yet to find even in high end Fox or RS forks. This damper is a game changer.

It takes a lot for me to write a review (especially a good one) and this damper really impressed me to to point I felt I need to give credit where credit is due. Great job MRP!

Lift Damper

I installed the MRP Lift damper into my 2023 Rockshox Lyric select. I set the compression damping, and rebound in the middle setting. During my initial ride I ended up decreasing the compression setting by two clicks. The forks now have the perfect balance between stability and plushness. Little choppy bumps disappear and are barely felt through the hands. I will now try one more click of rebound to see how it reacts. On the compression side there was a noticeable difference between each click making it easy to find the desired setting. I recommend the MRP lift to anyone who has struggled to find a good setup whith their stock dampers.

Damper that ACTUALLY works.

RockShox Charger damper have had very little damping, but still ran harsh. The latest Charger 3 only makes the harshness worse. The Lift damper actually does what it says on the tin, and does it without any harshness. You can dial in LSC to get support and higher ride height and it's still plush.

It's also nice not having to worry about bladders potentially leaking out trying to find replacements.

It's just a really well designed damper which gives you control and traction without your hands hurting after the ride.

Amazing!

This thing replaced the Charger 3 in my Lyrik. All I ever did was complain about how bad it was. My eyeballs were constantly rattling out of my head. With the MRP Damper all I can do is talk about how awesome it is. My bike feels like a whole new bike now and I can hold on without being rattled to the core and I get no more hand pain.
