ISCG-05
An ISCG-05 mount refers to a standardized set of mounting tabs around the bottom bracket shell of a bike frame. These tabs are used to attach chain guides and bash guards. ISCG stands for International Standard Chain Guide.
For a long time, both "standard" ISCG and ISCG-05 tabs could be found on many trail, all-mountain, enduro, downhill, and freeride frames. These were two separate standards with different dimensions. With rare exceptions, "standard" ISCG has not been used on mainstream bikes in over a decade, so if your frame features three rabs around the bottom bracket shell, it's most likely ISCG-05.
An easy way to tell if your frame has ISCG or ISCG-05 tabs is to measure the distance between the two lower tabs. ISCG-05 tabs are roughly 56mm apart and "standard" ISCG tabs are roughly 48mm apart.
Some frames feature only two tabs, not three as the ISCG-05 standard originally defined. If your frame feaures just two, do not use bashguards or chainguides designed for three mount points.

Rock Shox
Video is applicable for "non-Pro" Rock Shox 35mm models (A/B and C/D). However, the process for "Pro" models is the same. The process is also the same for Rock Shox 32mm models. Please consult the model-specific instructions for appropriate torque values.
Fox 36 "Version D"
Can be referenced for Fox 36 "Version F" as well, just disregard the spring conversion steps (the lower legs do not need to be removed for 2018 and newer Fox 36s - they are cartridge-only upgrades).
