Fullfill Air Spring

Outcast Arch Design
The value-packed Raven is the the workhorse of the MRP suspension fork lineup. With 120-160mm of travel and featuring a stiff 35mm chassis, it's up to go down anything. Utilizing the proven Ribbon chassis and sharing much of its technology, the Raven brings MRP’s renowned performance to a new price point. Key differences from Ribbon models are the Huck Puck system in lieu of Ramp Control, a simplified twin-tube damper, and the absence of our ACV casting vent system in the lowers.

EssenTTial Damper
EssenTTial gives you consistent and controlled damping. The damper features twin-tube architecture and a low-friction, low-pressure floating piston design for long-lasting performance. The damper has been tuned for a firm, supportive ride and external adjustability gives you broad control of low-speed compression, tunable from open to locked-out
Fullfill Air Spring
The FullFill air-spring features independent positive and negative air chambers, providing more tuning opportunities than self-equalizing systems. The unique ability to run slightly higher negative spring pressure provides riders with a supremely supple initial stroke that’s unmatched by any other air-spring system. Huck Puck volume spacers can be added or removed to tune baseline spring progression.
Outcast Arch Design
Our unique Outcast arch provides two primary benefits: a stiff, lightweight structure and resistance to mud and debris. By moving the weight-relief pockets to the front of the arch, our engineers were able to carve more grams out of the casting without sacrificing stiffness. Those front-facing reliefs also don’t get clogged by mud and debris like traditionally placed alternatives do – keeping your bike cleaner and keeping crud away from your wiper seals.
I thought I'd give this a try as after I'd installed a Vorsprung Luftkappe to my Fox 38 the fork became a little bit too progressive.
I'm still experimenting with pressures but I've noticed a big improvement so far and I'd definitely recommend the noken if you've had similar issues
Great service from MRP, super quick shipping to the UK.
All good, thank you.
Replaced 3 tokens with this V2 ramp control unit. Already have the V2 damper installed. 91kg and 92 psi in the 2024 fox 38. Using around 12 or so clicks from 0 tokens and the ride is really active and linear to the middle of the stroke and ramps up for the remainder. Can adjust the bottom out with the ramp control adjuster which is right handy to dial in exactly how you want the fork to feel. With both installed I have savage grip and won't bottom out the fork.
I can see a little improvement from the V1, also seems closer to ideal damping rates according to the weight-chart compared to V1. All in all it works well and better than any major-mfr OEM damper.
Got a Lift V.1 last fall when they were on sale. Installed about a month ago, now have ridden it 3x. Went into a Lyrik Select+ that sits on a Chromag Wideangle, running 150mm travel.
The Lyrik was my first RS fork in about 15 yrs, and I liked it pretty well as it was. But the damper seemed spikey on repeat hits, washboard, constant rockiness. And I'm usually in the "too light weight for factory damping" category.
After some good guidance from the guys at MRP I chose Yellow tune. I weigh about 150lbs ready to ride, water/snacks etc. I ride northern Rockies, so it is generally rocky, rutty, rooty where it isn't hardpack. Sometimes steep.
I set it up with the recommended amounts of compression and rebound damping, and left the same 70psi I'd been running with the factory RS damper.
After one ride I dropped air spring to 67psi and lightened each of the compression and rebound settings by one click.
It's now a fantastic fork that stays up in its travel, absorbs trail features big or small whether I'm going slow or fast. Never feels spikey or wallowy. Thanks MRP, made my fork a real crusher.
Solid product, it works with the YDX-Moro 07 e-bike with some adjustments. Better than the one that came with the bike. I still have to test it on the trail.
