Standard Frame Crutch Tips are 1.4" overall height.
Kompact Frame Crutch Tips are cut shorter.
Works exactly as advertised, softens up the last bit of travel a little. It's not a mind-blowing difference, but it is worth the $ I think. Good quality. My only suggestion would be to make the top cap compatible with the original cap. I like the look of the Fox anodized blue, otherwise, perfect.
Got the aztec teal to go with my turquoise yeti mt! It looks and rides awesome!!
Try to find something light that fit my sub 100lb wife and this is the best. Almost all air forks don't fit for sub 100lb riders, got the Smashpot 25lb spring and this Lift damper in White tune and I'm all set.
i got the Noken for my Rockshox Pike 140mm fork. Over the last 3 years of riding, i have struggled using all my travel. I also have a bad wrist from an old injury. I have tried every conceivable settings to try to limit wrist pain. When I lowered the pressure to try and get more travel... the fork would fee like i hit a wall at end of travel but I was only uisng 80-90mm.... so I would run higher recomended pressures and it felt pretty good (with sore wrists) but again was very limitied in travel. Lo and behold, after installing the Noken and doing multiple 1 hour rides,,, not a single bit of wrist discomfort. Ride seems more plush and active while getting almost 10mm extra travel with about same amount of psi in fork. Thanks! BTW I weigh about 157lbs
It's the little things in life and this damper is one of them! Thought the Fox Grip X2 was a good improvement and then I installed this in my fork.... Game changer!! Smooth as butter and another rad MRP product!
