Chainring Range: Choose from 30t (Micro), 32t, or 36t models.
Mounting Options: ISCG-05 only (lower 2-mounts).
BB-mount models can be stacked with 1x SL and SLR guides on bikes with partial ISCG-05 mounts like the Transition Spur, Yeti SB-120, Specialized Stumpjumper, Trek Top Fuel, and Fezzari Signal Peak.
SL (alloy) and SLR (carbon) versions. No SLR “Micro” model.
Weights: SL 88 g, Micro 44 g
Very light and nicely made. The install was a breeze. I used to run MRP AMG V2 in carbon but never felt that I needed the chain guard. The new Xcg protects my frame from strikes and log crossings.
Perfect fit. Shipping was prompt. Highly recommend.
If you're serious about Zwift, TrainerRoad, or crushing your indoor training sessions, the Kreitler Killawatt Resistance Unit is a must-have. This innovative add-on transforms your Kreitler rollers into a powerhouse training machine, delivering a challenging, engaging, and realistic ride experience.
Contrary to what some might think, this unit won’t leave you spinning like a hamster or limit your power output. The resistance is so real and powerful, it could match Tadej Pogačar’s 7 watts per kilo with ease! Plus, it’s ideal for maintaining a smooth cadence while sparing your bike from undue stress caused by fixed rear-wheel trainers.
Easy to install, durable, and buttery smooth, the Killawatt is the ultimate pro-level upgrade for serious riders. Take your virtual training to the next level and make every pedal stroke count!
The chart is the power output at a 95 cadence with and without the KillaWatt. If you require more watts than this for longer than 90 seconds I'd recommend contacting a Pro Tour team.
Recently installed on a Yelli Screamy to stud up for some winter riding. Feels great so far. The suspension fork I normally run is a Fox 34 29'er with 140mm. As I've installed a Rock Solid 490, I wish there was an option that matched my axle to crown more closely. 36mm with longer fork crown to not change my geometry....winky face....LOL.
I'm using this for an old XC to gravel bike conversion. Much lighter than a suspension fork. Much more precise steering. Much less expensive than ENVE, Ritchey. Likely safer than an Aliexpress fork. Aluminum steerer is easy to trim. Very satisfied with performance.
